New York/MTL.AD Trade Mission – October 2011
A gathering not to be missed!


AAPQ had invite all its members, partners and Quebec creatives to participate in a trade mission that was held in New York, from October 3 to October 5, 2011. The objective of this mission was to take advantage of Advertising Week, the most important advertising and media event in the United States, to spotlight Montreal, the creative hub.

RDV Montréal.ad was created to allow participants to acquire knowledge that will help them enhance Quebec’s advertising product and show that Montreal’s creativity can bring an added value to the American ad offering.

A meeting with several pitch consultants from Toronto and New York, a VVIP cocktail at John Parisella’s residence, an innovative conference on the creative process with Alfons Cornella, founding president of the independent Spanish agency Infonomia as well as practical advices and experts testimonies on how to do business in the United States were amongst the various activities offered exclusively to the Quebec delegation members.
